I created this website with the intention of ​it becoming a resource for educators, parents, or people with an interest in physical education. Within this website I have included various game ideas for both indoor and outdoor settings, as well as resources for varying age groups. I have created a full, in-depth year plan for physical education that breaks down the Program of Studies and suggests an order that could be followed with curricular outcomes in mind. You can also find next year's academic school calendar for a broad glance of the year ahead and any important days of celebration or days off school. Additionally, I have included some links to organizations which share the same perspective on daily physical activity as I do. All in all, I hope that this website and blog are able to inspire you to include more activity in your daily life and enable you to pass the information on to as many people as possible.
